黒ずみはなぜ起こる？
紫外線・摩擦・乾燥によって起こる炎症性色素沈着。
刺激をメラニン色素を生成することで肌の奥まで届かないようにする防御反応です。

デリケートゾーンの皮膚は手の皮膚の1/40ほどの薄さと言われています。
その分摩擦等刺激も受けやすいのです。

予防方法は？
◯締め付けの強い下着の着用を控える
◯ナイロンタオルやスポンジなどでゴシゴシ洗わずに泡立てた石けんで優しく洗う
◯肌を傷つける自己処理をしない
